About the Role

Our client is seeking a Sales Representative / Territory Manager to cover the Huntsville, Alabama territory. This is an expansion position focused on selling interventional and endovascular products to key call points including Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, Operating Room, and surgeons.

This role is ideal for a high-performing medical sales professional who thrives in a procedural sales environment and has a proven ability to drive results. The territory offers strong earnings potential, with compensation at plan around $250,000 and top performers earning into the $400,000+ range. The position also includes a car allowance, gas reimbursement, and low travel requirements of approximately 10 percent.

Additional highlights include:

  • Base salary range of $190,000 to $205,000
  • Total compensation potential of $250,000 to $450,000+
  • Residual commission structure on existing accounts
  • Monthly car allowance of $550 to $600 plus gas
  • Streamlined 3-step interview process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of procedural-based surgical sales experience required
  • 4+ years of awarded success in surgical sales strongly preferred
  • Documented track record of consistent over-plan performance
  • Proven sales numbers, awards, and measurable success required
  • Experience selling into IR, OR, Cath Lab, or surgeon call points preferred
  • Background with top-tier medical device companies strongly preferred
