Combi Forklift Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Operate various types of equipment, including combi and counterbalance picking and material handling.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders effectively.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Assist in heavy lifting and moving of products throughout the warehouse as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Order Picker or in a similar role within warehouse management or distribution.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience operating forklifts or clamp trucks is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
