Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced MDM Data Analyst / Steward Lead to take ownership of master data quality and stewardship across the enterprise. The role will focus on improving data accuracy, building and maintaining golden records, implementing stewardship rules, and driving data governance excellence in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the domain expert for master data within assigned areas, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.

  • Define, document, and enforce data stewardship rules and standards.

  • Develop and maintain golden records by eliminating duplicates and improving data consistency.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data standards with organizational objectives.

  • Ensure ongoing data monitoring, cleansing, and enrichment to maintain accuracy and reliability.

  • Support integration efforts with key platforms such as Informatica MDM, CluedIn, and Collibra.

  • Track and measure data quality improvements using KPIs and reporting dashboards.

  • Contribute to a culture of data literacy, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Informatica MDM, CluedIn, Collibra, Alation or similar tools.

  • Experience with data modeling, deduplication, and stewardship processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance, and integration practices.
