Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise Software to expand business across international markets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building enterprise client relationships, and closing high-value deals within insurance and financial services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and revenue growth across target markets
  • Identify and penetrate new opportunities within insurance and financial services sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct solution presentations and engage with C-level stakeholders
  • Develop partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and regional partners
  • Represent the organization at industry events and international forums
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with market needs
  • Utilize CRM systems to track pipeline, activities, and sales forecasts

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development
  • Proven experience in closing high-value enterprise deals and expanding new markets
  • Experience working across international markets (Asia, Africa, or similar regions)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in enterprise software sales and consultative selling
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of insurance, fintech, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to build pipeline independently and drive results
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales forecasting
  • High level of ownership and accountability

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to government, telecom, or regulated industries
    Exposure to cloud platforms, insurance tech, or fintech solutions
    Experience working with system integrators or consulting partners
