Role Overview

We are seeking a target-driven and customer-focused Associate Sector Manager to promote enterprise sales solutions, manage corporate customer relationships, support revenue growth, and contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets within the telecommunication industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening corporate client relationships, executing sales and marketing initiatives, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer retention through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell enterprise sales products and solutions to corporate customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the large enterprise customer segment.
  • Create and deliver presentations to corporate clients to support new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support overall business growth and revenue objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
  • Regularly meet with corporate clients to strengthen engagement and support retention.
  • Provide exceptional service to existing customers to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable enterprise solutions.

Marketing Campaigns & Market Engagement

  • Execute marketing campaigns, seminars, and customer engagement activities to attract new business.
  • Attend corporate meetings, conferences, and trade fairs to expand customer networks.
  • Stay updated on market developments, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Enhance understanding of enterprise solutions and compare them with competitor offerings.

Customer Retention & Revenue Growth

  • Support retention of the corporate customer base through proactive relationship management.
  • Organize loyalty events and customer engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction.
  • Ensure debt recovery follow-ups are managed to secure revenue growth.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through consistent service quality.
  • Support achievement of 100% customer retention through strong account management.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Professional qualification such as CIM or SLIM.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise sales.
  • Experience in telecommunication, corporate sales, B2B sales, or enterprise solutions will be preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable business solutions.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to attend client meetings, events, conferences, and trade fairs when required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
