Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and student-focused Student Counsellor – Germany to guide and support students pursuing higher education opportunities in Germany.

This role requires strong expertise in German university admissions and visa processes, along with the ability to provide accurate, timely, and personalized counselling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end counselling for students applying to German universities.

• Guide students on course selection, admission requirements, and documentation.

• Support students through the visa application process.

• Ensure accurate submission of university and visa applications.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German higher education policies and regulations.

• Deliver excellent student service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling, specifically for German higher education.

• In-depth knowledge of German university admissions and visa application procedures (mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a related field.
