Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Consultant – Australia to lead counselling and conversion efforts for students aspiring to study in Australia.

This role requires strong expertise in Australian university admissions, visa compliance, and end-to-end application management while consistently delivering high student conversion and visa success rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert counselling to students across UG, PG, and pathway programs.

• Manage complete student journey: Leads Counselling Applications Offers COE Visa.

• Achieve agreed student enrolment and visa conversion targets.

• Guide students on university selection, scholarships, entry requirements, and post-study work opportunities.

• Maintain strong coordination with Australian university representatives.

• Ensure full compliance with GS/GTE requirements, DHA regulations, and visa documentation standards.

• Screen student credibility, financial documents, SOPs, and supporting documentation.

• Oversee timely application submissions and COE issuance.

• Mentor junior consultants and support destination growth initiatives.

• Participate in events, seminars, and marketing activities to drive Australia destination growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Australian student counselling (UG & PG).

• Strong knowledge of Go8 institutions, regional universities, and pathway providers.

• Deep understanding of Australian visa processes, GS/GTE requirements, COE, and OSHC.

• Strong track record of achieving application and visa conversion targets.

• Excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
