Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Student Consultant – Australia / UK to guide students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad.

The role involves providing professional counselling, assisting with university applications, and supporting students throughout the admission and visa process for Australia and the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling to students interested in studying in Australia and the UK.

• Guide students on university and program selection, scholarships, and admission requirements.

• Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and submission.

• Provide guidance on visa requirements, financial documentation, and credibility interview preparation.

• Manage the full student pipeline from lead generation to visa approval.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, meetings, and consultations.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events to generate student leads.

• Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, applications, and visa outcomes.

• Coordinate with admissions teams and university partners to ensure smooth application processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in overseas student counselling (Australia / UK preferred).

• Strong knowledge of UK and Australian universities, admission processes, and visa requirements.

• Excellent communication and counselling skills.

• Strong sales and conversion skills with a target-driven mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
