Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and operations-driven Production Executive to oversee warehouse and production coordination activities within a fast-paced agro-processing environment.

The role involves managing daily warehouse operations, coordinating procurement and production activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring seamless cross-departmental collaboration to support efficient operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse and production activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

• Coordinate production planning and operational execution.

• Ensure smooth workflow between procurement, warehouse, and production functions.

Procurement & Raw Material Coordination

• Manage procurement activities related to raw materials and operational supplies.

• Ensure uninterrupted availability of materials to maintain continuous production flow.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control practices.

• Maintain operational standards related to storage, handling, and stock accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related operational or production role.

• Experience in production operations is mandatory.

• Exposure to spices, agro-processing, or a similar FMCG environment will be an advantage.

• Cinnamon purchasing experience will be a strong added advantage.

• Strong team management and coordination skills.

• Proactive personality with problem-solving ability and innovative mindset.

• Preferred age below 35 years.

• Willingness to travel when required.

• Must be willing to be based in Ambalangoda.
