Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and governance-driven Head of Corporate Human Capital to lead global corporate HR architecture, leadership talent systems, and organizational design frameworks.
This role will act as the architect and custodian of corporate HR governance, ensuring world-class, structured, and audit-ready people systems across all office-based functions globally. The position will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align people strategies with long-term business growth, compliance standards, and shareholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate HR Governance & Policy Leadership

Develop and govern corporate HR policies across global office-based teams.

Establish unified HR frameworks aligned with global standards and regulatory expectations.

Lead audit preparation, compliance documentation, and governance reporting.

Ensure structured, disciplined, and transparent HR practices across regions.
Leadership Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Lead end-to-end hiring for executive, leadership, and critical business roles.

Implement structured recruitment governance including competency frameworks and executive assessment protocols.

Strengthen employer branding to attract top-tier global talent.
Performance Management & Talent Architecture

Govern global performance management systems for white-collar teams.

Lead goal-setting, performance calibration, talent reviews, and leadership assessment processes.

Establish succession planning frameworks for senior leadership roles.

Drive long-term leadership development roadmaps and capability-building strategies.
Organizational Design & Workforce Planning

Partner with executive leadership to design reporting structures, governance layers, and workforce strategies.

Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, role clarity frameworks, and headcount governance.

Lead corporate-level change management initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits Governance

Develop and govern global compensation philosophy and pay-band architecture.

Design harmonized compensation structures and executive reward frameworks.

Lead annual compensation planning cycles including increments and executive reviews.

Ensure internal equity, competitiveness, and compliance with audit standards.

Build analytics dashboards to monitor compensation trends and cost impacts.
HR Systems & IPO Readiness

Lead digital modernization of corporate HR systems (HRIS, performance platforms, workflow tools).

Ensure documentation, evaluation systems, and governance processes meet public listing standards.

Maintain audit-ready, compliance-driven HR infrastructure.
Qualifications & Experience

12–18+ years of experience in corporate HR, organizational development, or governance leadership roles.

Proven experience in multinational or publicly listed environments.

Deep expertise in performance management, executive hiring, organizational design, and HR governance.

Strong experience in HR systems, digital tools, and audit readiness.

Ability to collaborate with C-level executives and influence strategic direction.
