Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure the timely purchase of consumables, packaging materials, spare parts, and equipment.

The role involves supplier coordination, price evaluation, inventory monitoring, and maintaining procurement records while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of consumables, packaging materials, spare parts, and equipment.

• Obtain supplier quotations and conduct price comparisons to ensure competitive purchasing.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Maintain accurate records of purchase requisitions, orders, invoices, and payments.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and audit standards.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing experience will be an advantage).

• Strong negotiation and price analysis skills.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
