Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and target-driven Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, promoting vehicles, converting leads into sales, and ensuring overall sales performance within a dynamic dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online customer inquiries professionally
• Promote and sell vehicles available at the dealership
  
• Build customer interest and confidently convert leads into sales
• Generate and secure vehicle bookings and pre-orders
  
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong sales pipelines
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and payment options
  
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  
• Maintain strong customer relationships before and after sales
• Keep accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and sales progress
  
• Coordinate with management on demand, stock, and sales trends
• Support showroom performance and overall sales presentation

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile / vehicle / showroom sales
• Experience in car dealership or automotive industry is highly preferred

• Strong ability to convert inquiries into confirmed deals
• Good understanding of vehicles and customer preferences
