Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Assistant Manager – Corporate Strategy to support the development and execution of key business initiatives aligned with long-term organizational goals. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy initiatives
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities
  
• Evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, and business case development
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for management decision-making
  
• Support implementation of business improvement and transformation initiatives
• Utilize data analysis tools to generate insights and recommendations
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, or consulting roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, MS Project, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau) will be an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
