Job Overview:
The Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer will be responsible for planning, guiding, and executing daily maintenance and utility operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, technical support, energy-saving initiatives, and documentation for audits and government approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate daily maintenance jobs, including repairs, modifications, troubleshooting, and shutdown plans.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to align job allocations with schedules.
• Ensure availability of spare parts through E&M stores system.
• Plan and arrange preventive maintenance and annual services for utility machines (compressors, forklifts, boilers, heaters, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor department regulations for pressure vessels and thermal units.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for abnormal system operations.
• Provide technical support for repairs and project installations of utility systems.
• Execute energy-saving methods based on energy audits.
• Prepare monthly energy consumption reports and maintain compliance documentation.
• Manage leave, rosters, and evaluate subordinates while ensuring adherence to company rules.
• Support compliance team during government and customer audits.
• Handle annual license renewals and certifications (EPL, NEARD center) and maintain documentation for pressure vessel operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems, preventive maintenance, and compliance standards.
• Ability to plan, guide, and execute technical operations efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
