Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Colombo. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, and acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in Agile methodologies, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive BRDs and FSDs.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
• Perform data analysis and create charts/dashboards to support decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience across multiple domains (Apparel/Manufacturing background is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with JIRA is an advantage.
