Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong fixed deposit portfolio aligned with company targets.
• Drive deposit mobilization initiatives and promotional campaigns to achieve growth objectives.
• Maintain superior service quality in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and private wealth management entities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align funding strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide insights on market trends and contribute to innovative deposit and savings product development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in deposit mobilization within banking or NBFI.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role (Assistant Manager or Manager level).
• Proven track record in achieving deposit growth targets and managing high-value client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance standards.
• Exposure to digital savings or deposit products is an advantage.
• Full or part professional qualification in Marketing, Banking, or Finance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
