Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic communications leader to shape and manage group-wide corporate communications. The role focuses on developing and executing integrated communication strategies, managing brand and reputation, leading media and crisis communications, and ensuring consistent and impact messaging across internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group-wide corporate communication and branding strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage group branding, corporate identity, and communication standards across all subsidiaries and sectors

• Lead media relations, public relations, crisis communication, and reputation management initiatives

• Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent messaging, employee engagement, and leadership alignment

• Act as the key communication advisor to the Board and senior leadership on sensitive and strategic matters

• Coordinate with marketing, HR, and business units to ensure integrated and consistent communication

• Oversee corporate digital platforms including website, SEO, and social media to drive engagement

• Lead and develop the Corporate Communications team and manage external agencies

• Lead multimedia and branding initiatives including corporate videos, infographics, and maintenance of the Brand & Communications Handbook

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within a large conglomerate

• Strong strategic storytelling and communication planning capability

• Advanced proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms

• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills

• Ability to develop comprehensive corporate communication strategies and manage annual budgets
