Role Overview

We are seeking a technically strong and innovation driven Associate Lead, Enterprise Solutions Engineering to design, deliver, and optimize advanced enterprise connectivity solutions within the telecommunication industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing next generation enterprise network solutions, translating complex customer requirements into scalable technical architectures, leading end to end solution delivery, and collaborating across Radio Access Network, Core, Transport, Cloud, and IT teams. This role is ideal for a Radio Network Planning, Optimization, or Telecom Solution Engineering professional who is ready to move beyond traditional network operations and contribute to enterprise digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Design and Delivery

• Design and deliver advanced enterprise connectivity solutions for 
• industries such as manufacturing, logistics, ports, and smart campuses.
• Translate enterprise requirements into scalable, secure, and high 
• performance network architectures.
• Prepare and support end to end solution designs, including high 
• level and low level design requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet mission critical performance, reliability, availability, and SLA expectations.
• Develop practical technical solutions that support enterprise productivity, automation, and digital transformation.
  

Radio Network Planning and Performance Optimization

• Act as a technical authority in Radio Access Network design, performance optimization, and solution engineering.
• Apply strong knowledge of modern mobile network architecture and enterprise wireless solutions.
  
• Support radio network planning, coverage optimization, capacity planning, and performance improvement activities.
• Use network planning and design tools to support solution development, validation, and optimization.
  
• Analyze network performance and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and service quality.
• End to End Project Ownership

• Own solution delivery from concept, design, deployment, and optimization.
• Coordinate with Radio Access Network, Core, Transport, Cloud, and IT teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
  
• Track project progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed according to required standards.
• Identify technical risks, performance gaps, and implementation challenges, and recommend practical solutions.
  
• Ensure smooth transition from solution design to deployment and operational support.

Enterprise Growth and Innovation

• Identify opportunities to expand enterprise connectivity use cases and coverage.
• Engage with customers to co create solutions that solve real business challenges.
  
• Support customer discussions, innovation sessions, and enterprise solution presentations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in telecom, cloud, automation, private networks, and enterprise connectivity.
  
• Recommend improvements that support enterprise growth, service innovation, and customer value creation.

Team Guidance and Technical Leadership

• Mentor engineers and support a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
• Provide guidance on solution engineering, performance analytics, KPI optimization, and technical best practices.
  
• Lead with ownership, collaboration, and strong problem solving ability.
• Support capability building across network, cloud, and enterprise solution teams.

Candidate Profile

• BSc in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• IESL membership will be an added advantage.
  
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Radio Access Network planning, network optimization, or telecom solution engineering.
• Strong understanding of modern mobile network architecture and radio network design.
  
• Deep knowledge of radio propagation, link budgets, capacity planning, and coverage optimization.
• Experience in end to end solution design for enterprise or telecom networks.
  
• Hands on experience with network planning and design tools.
• Exposure to Core and Transport networks will be an added advantage.
  
• Familiarity with cloud native telecom technologies such as NFV, Kubernetes, and SDN will be preferred.
• Ability to evaluate multi vendor network ecosystems such as Huawei, Nokia, and Ericsson.
  
• Strong skills in performance analytics, KPI optimization, and solution driven improvements.
• Strong customer facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Ability to think beyond traditional telecom boundaries and solve business problems through technology.
• Innovative mindset with strong ownership, self learning ability, and impact driven thinking.
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical problem solving skills.
