Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Experience Officer to manage customer interactions, enhance satisfaction, and support brand reputation. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, analyzing feedback, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer journey across all channels in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, live chat, and online platforms
• Handle customer interactions professionally and ensure timely resolution
  
• Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to improve service quality
• Track customer satisfaction trends and provide actionable insights
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain a consistent, professional, and friendly communication style
  
• Monitor and manage online reviews and brand reputation
• Stay updated on social media trends and customer engagement practices
  
• Support customer engagement initiatives and service improvement strategies

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles
• Experience in retail, luxury, or customer-facing environments is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital communication
