Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager – Physical Security Solutions to lead enterprise sales initiatives and drive business growth in video surveillance and security solutions. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, managing client relationships, and delivering end-to-end solutions within a competitive and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
    Drive sales for video surveillance and physical security solutions across enterprise, mid-market, and SME segments
    Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and existing networks
    Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
    Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
    Engage with CXOs, IT heads, security heads, and facilities teams
    Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders
    Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Solution Selling & Collaboration
    Work closely with solution architects, operations, and vendor teams
    Deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with customer needs
    Ensure smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Partnership Development
    Develop and manage relationships with system integrators, installers, and technology partners
    Leverage partnerships to expand market reach and sales opportunities
  • Market Representation
    Represent the organization in key client meetings and industry engagements
    Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within physical security, video surveillance, ELV, or ICT solutions
  • Strong experience in solution selling and managing enterprise clients
  • Existing network within enterprise sectors such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or real estate is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in B2B sales and enterprise solution selling
  • Proven ability to independently drive sales and close deals
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of enterprise buying cycles and compliance environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and high ownership
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong pipeline management skills
