Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and enhance customer experience. This role focuses on managing store operations, inventory, team performance, and profitability while ensuring a high-quality retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth store functioning
• Drive sales growth through effective strategies, promotions, and team leadership
  
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and overall performance metrics
• Ensure excellent customer experience and high service standards
  
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and monthly stock audits
• Manage product ordering, vendor coordination, and supply chain processes
  
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and improve profitability
  
• Lead, train, and develop the retail team to maintain high performance
• Ensure proper staffing levels based on business requirements
  
• Build strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and increase sales
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in retail operations or store management
• Proven experience in retail, mall, or consumer-facing environments
