Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project execution and ensure successful delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals. This role focuses on managing multiple projects, optimizing operations, and driving high-quality service delivery within a fast-paced IT/BPM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams and locations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with SLAs and KPIs
  
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor execution progress
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth delivery
  
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Track project performance and provide regular reports to management
  
• Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and RCA methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals
  
• Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery processes
• Oversee multi-project portfolios and ensure alignment with business objectives
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Six Sigma will be an added advantage
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management or operations delivery roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello
  
• Strong understanding of SLA/KPI tracking and delivery management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence
