Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Coordinator to manage crew change operations and ensure seamless coordination between principals, agents, and service providers. This role focuses on handling documentation, travel arrangements, and compliance requirements within a fast-paced maritime environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and respond to emails related to crew changes in a timely manner
• Verify crew documentation including passports, seaman books, and related documents
  
• Ensure compliance with immigration requirements, including validity, age, and nationality checks
• Update crew details in internal systems and coordinate visa processing
  
• Manage and update flight arrangements and share confirmations with relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with travel agents to coordinate ticket bookings and flight updates
  
• Arrange hotel accommodations for on-signers and off-signers based on schedules
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation handling
  
• Coordinate with principals, manning agents, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and HSSE standards

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or crew coordination roles
• Experience in crew management or maritime operations will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of crew documentation and immigration procedures
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
  
• Ability to follow SOPs and compliance guidelines strictly
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
