Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support sales growth, expand market reach, and build strong customer relationships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening key accounts, supporting sales strategy execution, and driving performance within a fast-moving consumer products environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

• Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

• Ensure high standards of after-sales service and customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.

• Prior exposure to consumer goods, retail, or distribution environments will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills / Other Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets and business growth.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

• Good presentation and reporting skills.
