Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Senior HR Executive to support HR operations in a fast-growing global technology environment. The role focuses on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR analytics while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

  • Lead the performance management process across departments to ensure strong productivity

  • Support and nurture company culture through positive employee relations

  • Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and diversity

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits

  • Drive HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making

  • Oversee HRIS systems and enhance HR processes, including attendance and leave management

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

  • Outgoing personality with solid PR and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in HR software and HRIS systems

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
