Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Executive – Sales & Marketing to support sales initiatives, execute marketing strategies, and assist with student recruitment activities.

The role involves lead generation, campaign execution, event coordination, and customer engagement to help drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation activities and follow up with prospective clients.

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide program or service information.

• Support event logistics and marketing promotions.

• Conduct outreach calls and maintain follow-up communication.

• Assist admissions or sales teams during peak operational periods.

• Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams to improve campaign reach.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and engagement targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

• Pleasant personality with strong presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
