Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations and marketing coordination within a growing façade solutions company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with sales and marketing teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth internal coordination to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.

  • Prepare and assist with sales-related documentation and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate marketing activities and promotional events.

  • Assist in creating basic marketing materials using Canva.

  • Maintain and update sales records, dealer databases, and related reports.

  • Provide management with regular sales updates and reports.

  • Coordinate printing, branding, and promotional material requirements.

  • Ensure effective communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or administrative roles.

  • Experience coordinating events or promotional activities is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Mailchimp, MS Teams, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience using Canva for basic design and marketing materials.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work proactively.
