Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting digital solutions. This role focuses on expanding market presence locally and internationally while supporting overall sales and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Promote digital services including web development, SEO, social media marketing, and PPC campaigns
• Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion
  Maintain and update customer databases and sales pipelines
• Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and business discussions locally and internationally

Candidate Profile

• Fully or partially qualified in CIM, SLIM, or a related Sales/Marketing qualification.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT solutions, or a related industry.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Target-driven with a self-motivated and proactive mindset
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
  Professional personality with the ability to engage with corporate clients
• Willingness to travel overseas for business development activities
  Flexibility to support business needs including weekend meetings when required
