Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect & BIM Modeler to lead BIM workflows and support the delivery of high-quality lighting design projects. This role focuses on developing and managing BIM models, ensuring coordination across disciplines, and maintaining project standards in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM workflows for lighting design projects
• Develop and maintain Revit models and project standard
• Ensure integration of lighting layouts with architecture, MEP, and structural systems
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for BIM data exchange
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
• Troubleshoot and optimize BIM models for performance
• Maintain BIM documentation and reports
• Support the team in adopting BIM best practices

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• BIM Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in BIM design for architecture.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in BIM (Revit), parametric families, and clash detection
• Good understanding of lighting layouts, electrical coordination, and MEP integration
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
