Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to support operational and production data management.

The role is responsible for collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate production data to ensure timely reporting and assist management in making informed operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect daily production-related data from departmental supervisors.

• Accurately enter production data into internal systems in a timely manner.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

• Support operational efficiency by maintaining updated and reliable production data.

• Identify system-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation and records related to production data.

Qualifications

• School leavers or undergraduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role will be an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with data entry systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work on a roster-based schedule.
