Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Back-End Engineer to design and implement robust server-side solutions for complex applications. This role involves working with advanced frameworks, microservices, and event-driven architectures while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high standards of code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable back-end systems using Django, CherryPy, and other frameworks.
• Implement microservices and event-driven architectures with message brokers and asynchronous processing.
• Design and manage database schemas, migrations, and data seeding.
• Ensure API performance, security, and reliability through thorough testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in peer reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and enhance team technical capabilities.
• Utilize project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) for task tracking and delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with complex APIs and server-side frameworks.
• Proficiency in Rust and/or Python.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, ORM, and query builders.
• Experience with Git workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
