Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of a high-end luxury boutique resort. This role demands a strong understanding of boutique hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver personalized guest experiences while maintaining world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall strategy and operational performance for the property.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with boutique hospitality standards.
• Maintain financial controls and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate a service-oriented team reflecting the resorts unique brand identity.
• Oversee F&B operations and implement guest-centric initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a General Manager role within luxury or boutique hotels.
• Proven experience in independent luxury or lifestyle boutique resorts (preferably <75 keys).
• Exposure to international luxury brands or high-end properties in Asia/Indian Ocean region is a plus.
• Strong operational expertise in F&B, guest service, and financial management.

Preferred Candidate

• Sri Lankan nationals with international or local luxury experience.
