Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic Finance Head to lead financial management for country business units. This role involves overseeing financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, audits, and statutory compliance. The position also includes creating consolidated financial views, conducting investment analysis, and gradually overseeing corporate functions such as HR, IT, Procurement, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Finance and Accounting functions.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and governance frameworks.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent leakages.
• Prepare monthly financial analytics, annual audits, and statutory filings.
• Collaborate with corporate finance teams for annual budget exercises.
• Drive operational efficiency through standard operating processes and best practices.
• Conduct investment thesis and project analysis for executive recommendations.
• Act as spokesperson for the company and oversee plant performance improvements.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) with hands-on experience in accounting software.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting; manufacturing sector experience preferred.
• At least 5 years in Big 4 accounting firms at managerial level (preferred).
• Expertise in BFRS/IFRS, GAAP, ERP systems, and SAP.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and inspire confidence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• High level of integrity and ability to manage teams across locations.
