Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and innovative Digital Media Executive to drive brand engagement and growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be social media savvy, with strong skills in campaign management, influencer marketing, and content creation, bringing fresh ideas to amplify the brands presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast and develop social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Craft and execute social media content strategy across all digital platforms.
• Create and update content calendars regularly.
• Listen and respond to customer inquiries via digital channels.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across all digital platforms.
• Share performance reports to support decision-making.
• Manage and optimize the brands social media presence across content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and connect with target audiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Media Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Excellent Sinhala and English content writing skills.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Experience in creating engaging and visually appealing reels and digital content.
