Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic Business Support Specialists to join our team, blending customer support with business analysis to ensure smooth operations of airline reservation and departure control systems. This role provides direct interaction with global airline customers, resolving issues, validating workflows, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for airline customers, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Communicate effectively to troubleshoot problems and ensure operational continuity.
• Gather business requirements, validate workflows, and propose improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across operational and customer-facing processes.
• Document best practices, prepare training materials, and support knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years work experience in business support, IT support, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-facing experience with proven problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and master the airline and travel domain.
• Flexibility to work shifts and provide on-call support.
