Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our Legal Operations team. The role involves managing client expectations during the conveyancing process, ensuring timely updates, and acting as the key point of contact throughout the property purchase or sale journey. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients during property transactions, providing timely updates and excellent service.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (verbal and written), ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and processes, initiating improvements when required.
• Monitor case progression, identify gaps, and ensure systems are updated accurately.
• Identify selling points proactively and present products/services aligned with client needs.
• Manage complaints professionally and resolve common issues quickly.
• Support internal departments by assisting with stagnated cases and offering guidance.
• Work independently to complete assignments within standard routines and practices.
• Analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (BPO/Legal Operations background is an advantage).
• Qualification from a recognized university is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and perform under pressure.
• Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service with zero complaints.
• Flexibility to work UK business hours
