Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Projects to manage and execute building façade projects, covering project planning, scheduling, coordination, cost control, site supervision, and progress monitoring.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting site inspections, maintaining project quality standards, and providing clear project status updates. This role requires strong construction project management experience, technical knowledge in civil engineering, and the ability to manage façade-related project activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage and execute building façade projects from planning stage to completion.
• Handle project scheduling, coordination, cost control, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure project work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions with relevant teams.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and project quality across all site activities.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with QS teams, draftsmen, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with office teams and site teams.
• Provide clear project updates, progress reports, and quality performance reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Support timely decision-making through accurate project information and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• BSc. in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience, or TTI / NDT / NCT in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Experience working at a leading construction company as a Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Experience coordinating projects directly with consultants.
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant project management software.
• Project management qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in building façade projects will be an added advantage.
• Age below 45 years is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under project deadlines.
