Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, target driven, and customer focused Associate client Manager to manage sales acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the telecommunication industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales across SME and emerging enterprise segments, promoting enterprise communication solutions, building strong customer relationships, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, and supporting customer retention through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Acquisition and Revenue Growth
- Drive new sales acquisition across assigned regional and emerging enterprise markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote quad play and enterprise telecommunication solutions to new and existing SME customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up consistently to close opportunities.
Account Management and Customer Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and emerging enterprise customers.
- Ensure customer retention and loyalty through regular engagement and professional service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecommunication solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Strengthen long term customer relationships through proactive account management.
Market Development and Sales Planning
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Develop sales plans to improve market penetration within assigned territories.
- Support regional growth initiatives and customer engagement activities.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer expectations to support business decisions.
Candidate Profile
- GCE A/L qualification is required.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunication, enterprise solutions, SME sales, or corporate sales.
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
- Strong customer centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long term relationships.
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong strategic sales acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Ability to work with regional stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Target driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Professional attitude with strong follow up, negotiation, and presentation skills.
