Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive – E-Commerce to manage online booking platforms, optimize digital presence, and support revenue growth. This role focuses on OTA management, inventory accuracy, pricing strategies, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance overall e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, real-time online inventory across OTAs and booking platforms
• Respond promptly to OTA inquiries and internal communications with high responsiveness
  
• Conduct competitor rate analysis and provide insights to stay competitive
• Contribute data-driven insights to sales and marketing strategy discussions
  
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support system integrations and improvements
• Track and reconcile OTA payments ensuring financial accuracy
  
• Manage property listings across platforms including descriptions, images, and pricing
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in booking details and content updates
  
• Coordinate corporate offers and support booking verification processes
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth e-commerce operations

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce / revenue / reservations within hospitality or travel industry
• Strong experience working with OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.) and channel managers

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and online booking systems
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency is essential)
  
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue optimization
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders
