Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manager – Finance (Purchasing) to oversee purchasing operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant procurement processes. This role focuses on managing purchasing transactions, vendor performance, and maintaining financial and operational integrity within a fast-paced IT/BPM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end purchasing operations and transactions
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, canvassing, and purchase orders
  
• Ensure timely posting of goods receipt and accurate system updates
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit standards
• Handle critical purchasing transactions and resolve escalations
  
• Track KPIs related to procurement efficiency and delivery timelines
• Manage and resolve issues related to CPARs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  
• Ensure proper documentation, record management, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement needs
  
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in finance, purchasing, or procurement roles
• Experience in IT/BPM or shared services environment will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and financial controls
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
• Knowledge of audit processes, ISO standards, and compliance frameworks
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  
• Strong integrity, ethics, and professional conduct
