Job Overview

This role involves implementing automation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency strategies to enhance productivity and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for process and technology innovation.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Lead adoption of digital tools and smart manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams for real-time data tracking and analytics integration.
• Streamline workflows and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Monitor KPIs to assess impact of innovation initiatives.
• Manage multiple innovation projects with defined timelines and budgets.
• Build and lead a high-performing innovation team and foster a culture of agility.
• Engage with external technology providers and research institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Extensive experience in process innovation and technology integration within the apparel industry.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, digital transformation, and automation systems.
• Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and project management software.
