WE ARE HIRING : Digital Designer

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. This role involves designing impactful digital and print assets, producing motion graphics and videos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging campaigns and visual experiences. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas and a strong portfolio of design work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging designs for digital and print media using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Edit and produce video content and motion graphics with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and stakeholder teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives across all designs.

  • Develop graphics for websites, social media, digital advertising, and presentations.

  • (Optional Advantage) Contribute to basic web-related projects using HTML and CSS.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic, Multimedia, or Digital Designer.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

    • Diploma or professional certification in design/multimedia with a strong portfolio will also be considered.

  • Certifications or short courses in video/motion graphics (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, UI/UX) are an advantage.

  • Ability to deliver both static and motion graphics content, including video editing.

  • A strong eye for visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.

  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  • Familiarity with AI-based video creation tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
