Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Group Trade Marketing to support trade marketing operations, ensuring compliance, timely campaign rollouts, and efficient management of merchandising and dealer board processes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, and strong organizational skills to drive retail-level execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of dealer board-related tax payments (Pradeshiya Sabha, Municipal Councils, RDA) and ensure timely submissions in compliance with government regulations.
• Manage end-to-end processes for Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) including procurement, inventory tracking, and regional distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and regional trade stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Process and reconcile monthly dealer board tax payments, coordinating with finance and local authorities, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
• Oversee the placement of merchandising material orders based on regional and campaign needs, liaising with procurement teams for timely approvals and vendor alignment.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Familiarity with retail environments and merchandising is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
