Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of aviation software projects. This role requires working closely with global airline customers and internal teams to ensure mission-critical solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects for airline technology products.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact, managing expectations and communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, support, and business analysts.
• Define project scope, requirements, and priorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes with smooth handover to operations and support teams.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Proven hands-on experience managing technical projects in software or SaaS (aviation/travel domain preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities.
