About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and technically savvy IT Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This role requires a professional who can confidently wear multiple hats across IT support, DevOps, system administration, and software development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a strong foundation in modern tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Support: Troubleshoot, install, and maintain systems, networks, hardware/software, and other assets.
• DevOps: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and ensure high system reliability.
• System Administration: Manage servers, networks, and cloud services; perform updates, backups, and enforce security.
• Development: Build and maintain applications using PHP, JavaScript, Go, C/C++, Python, Dart, and frameworks such as Next.js, React, and Laravel. Write scalable code and conduct code reviews.

Requirements:

• Proven experience across IT support, DevOps, system administration, and development.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and bare-metal servers.
• Skilled in scripting (Bash/zsh) and coding.
• Familiar with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration tools.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Loki, and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI-related development.
• Knowledge of Agile practices.
