- Maintain accurate student records and synchronize data with systems.
- Cascade registration updates to management and evaluate student satisfaction.
- Ensure data privacy and security of student records.
- Coach and mentor office staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and academic coordinators for seamless student transitions.
