• Manage end-to-end student administration from registration to full enrollment.
• Handle student letter requests (visa, confirmations, special requests).
• Schedule student interviews and coordinate with academic teams.
• Collaborate with finance for payment reminders and student communication.
• Record attendance for visiting lecturers and admissions team.
• Oversee class allocations and venue management for events.
• Maintain accurate student records and synchronize data with systems.
• Cascade registration updates to management and evaluate student satisfaction.
• Ensure data privacy and security of student records.
• Coach and mentor office staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and academic coordinators for seamless student transitions.
