Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven and strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with leadership and drive KPI-based performance management across the organization. This role focuses on aligning people strategy with business objectives, enhancing organizational performance, and building a strong performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Define, refine, and align KPIs with business objectives in collaboration with leadership
Build and maintain KPI dashboards using tools such as Excel, HRIS, and Power BI
Drive weekly and monthly performance reviews (WBR & MBR) with data-driven insights
Conduct goal setting, OKRs, performance reviews, and calibration processes
Translate performance insights into improvement plans and action strategies
Lead training needs analysis and coordinate targeted development initiatives
Generate people analytics on productivity, retention, and hiring effectiveness
Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance in performance management processes
Support HR communications and ensure effective stakeholder engagement
Handle employee relations and grievance management in coordination with HR teams

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management, or a related field

Professional qualification such as CIPM / Chartered HRM will be an added advantage

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRBP, performance management, or analytics-driven HR roles

Experience in tech, digital, or fast-paced environments will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in performance management frameworks (KPI, OKR, PIP)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HR analytics tools
Strong understanding of HRIS systems and reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives
