Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate / Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise software solutions. This role involves technical leadership, architecture design, and mentoring teams while ensuring high engineering standards in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-level software solutions
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance applications
  
• Break down user stories into clear and achievable technical tasks
• Lead technical design and ensure high-quality code implementation
  
• Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and processes
• Mentor and guide team members through technical challenges
  
• Work on system design, integrations, and performance optimization
• Support DevOps practices and deployment processes
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
• Experience in enterprise application development and team management

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience with full-stack technologies (Java, Spring, Node.js, React, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
  
• Strong understanding of databases (RDBMS and NoSQL)
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Git
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
