Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and high-energy Operations Support Specialist to support day-to-day business operations and leadership activities. This role combines executive support, operations coordination, and basic finance and HR functions, ensuring smooth business operations in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive support including managing schedules, meetings, and communications
• Assist in planning and tracking key operational and strategic initiatives
  
• Manage and coordinate projects from execution to completion
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
  
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
• Support finance operations including payroll preparation and expense tracking
  
• Assist in HR functions such as onboarding coordination and leave management
• Ensure alignment across teams to support business growth
  
• Maintain organized documentation and operational records

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations, HR, finance, or executive support roles
• Experience supporting UK-based clients or international business environments will be a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  
• Good understanding of basic finance and HR operations
• Proficiency in productivity and project management tools
  
• Familiarity with accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks) is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
