Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive / Executive – Finance to support financial operations, reporting, and cost management activities. This role focuses on ensuring financial accuracy, supporting operational decisions, and maintaining compliance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports
• Prepare and monitor weekly fund requirements
  
• Manage and oversee inventory schedules and stock-related financials
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
  
• Coordinate supplier payments and maintain vendor relationships
• Analyze overhead costs and support cost optimization initiatives
  
• Assist in pre-costing and financial planning activities
• Support finance operations and reporting processes
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA / CIMA will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
